What we collect
Coffey Consulting Co. collects contact information, business information, onboarding responses, and payment-related verification data needed to operate Plumbing Growth System.
How we use it
- To verify payment status and control access to the onboarding experience.
- To configure plumbing automation workflows and launch-related assets.
- To send service updates, support replies, and launch follow-up emails.
- To measure site and funnel performance using privacy-conscious analytics.
Third-party services
We may use third-party providers for checkout, email delivery, analytics, hosting, and workflow execution. Data is only shared with those providers to the extent necessary to operate the purchased service.
Analytics
The public site uses Plausible Analytics to measure funnel behavior such as pricing views, checkout clicks, and onboarding success or error events.
Retention and security
We retain records needed for service delivery, payment verification, and support history. Access to operational systems is limited to authorized use for client work and service maintenance.
